How many guests can you host?
204 London can sleep up to 12 people and additional visitors are permitted.

We have a total 3 bedrooms plus 1 multi-function sun room on the second floor. We have 2.5 bathroom - all on the second floor.

What about parking?
Free on site parking is available for 6 – 9 vehicles depending on size (truck vs. compact car).
We are not a "party house"!
Violation of this rule can result in immediate eviction and/or additional charges.
Can we make noise?
No loud noise must be heard by neighbors after 10pm. Keeping all windows & doors closed helps keep sound in. No professional sound equipment.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes. Please enjoy in moderation. No drunken behavior, which may be too loud or lead to additional cleaning or repair charges.
